The Tapes series came about by chance, starting from leftover materials. The masking tape paper used by the artist to frame the paintings during the chaotic painting process becomes the protagonist, revealing traces of authentic and unexpected moments through tears, transparencies, and three-dimensionality. The answer is not always where one looks for it.
