Is what we don’t see existing? Most of our emotions are caused by what we don’t see, curiosity is driven by unawareness, we are attracted to what intrigues us, perfect introduction to Agua Viva oysters by Giulia Albarello. We might be just biological algorithms that developed self-consciousness for still unknown reasons. Dive into the world of Daniele Zonta, represented here by Last Human Algorithm that wants to break the boundaries of the determined to discover the unexpected.

Despite the human effort to constantly mutate nature un-respectfully, its creatures adapt themselves and survive. A continuous fight where only the cunning will prevail, as symbolized by the snakes from Miss Goffetown hidden on the table.

Listen to the sound of the humanity around you, bite, swallow, suck, noise, excess, consumption; feel free to give a new meaning to the most representative object of consumption, the chewing gum, offered by Francesca Mussi and John Mirabel.

In the shade of Aponteboretti’s totems, symbols of the built environment, we invited our guests to share a culinary experience where invisible presences had flavored the dishes.
To find their spot in the porous table by Francesco Borghini and Pleisure, which completed the experience representing our threatened privacy.
